Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your User Name and Password, which you can use to review your booking/s and to make additional reservations.
Reservations and Vouchers:
We will charge your credit card and the supplier will receive a voucher from us covering the reservation. All special requests e.g. bed type, non-smoking room, connecting, etc can not be guaranteed and will be confirmed only by the hotel upon arrival, based on availability.
Please note that your name and details may not be registered with the hotel until 7-14 days prior to arrival.
Hotels check in / check out times:
Check in: 14:00 (2:00 P.M.).
Check out: 12:00 (Noon).
Services:
We will be happy to be at your disposal for any additional requests such as, Group tours, Private tours, and any family events.
Liability & responsibility:
Tour itineraries may be subject to change at the discretion of the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator acts only as an agent for companies, owners or contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations or any other services and are not in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or accident. .

Upon confirmation of the reservation, the full amount will be charged to the credit card given.
Cancellations:
1. for cancellations up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to expected start of services, a EURO 35 per person
Administration fee will be charged.
2. Cancellations made within 3 working days of start of services are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights stay.
3. No refunds for "no show" and unused services.
4. Please note - the above cancellation fees are valid for all hotels except those with different terms and conditions.
High Season: (fair periods, holidays)
